- CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT 1.1 The order placed through the online form by the customer represents an offer addressed to Il Graffio di Luigi Lombardo (hereinafter THE SELLER) aimed at concluding a sales contract, under the conditions indicated therein and in accordance with these General Terms of Sale, which the customer undertakes to observe in relations with the seller. Therefore, by transmitting the electronic order form, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the General Terms of Sale and have received the additional information always available on the website www.ilgraffiovenezia.com or *.it, and referenced via link. It is mandatory for the Customer to provide valid personal data, address, and phone number during the compilation of data. Incomplete orders and/or those containing errors will not be considered for the purpose stated in this article.
1.2 After transmitting the order electronically, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order (Order Confirmation). The execution of orders is subject to the full payment of the price by the customer within 10 working days from the receipt of the order, as well as the availability of the products in stock. Consequently, the non-payment of the price or the lack of availability of the products in stock will automatically result in the resolution of the contract communicated to the customer by email, followed by the refund of any amount already paid as the price.
- PRODUCT FEATURES AND PRICES 2.1 The characteristics of the products are those presented on the website and described within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale online may not correspond to the real ones due to any improvements and updates made in the meantime (of which the seller will give notice on their website) or due to the specific Internet browser and monitor used.
2.2 Product prices may be subject to updates. Prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices indicated on the website www.ilgraffiovenezia.it or ilgrafiovenezia.com at the time of ordering are decisive. The seller reserves the right to apply special promotions to one or more products on the website that modify their price.
- SHIPPING/DELIVERY COSTS 3.1 The user of the e-commerce service will be charged the transport costs of the product, which will be explicitly indicated during the purchase phase. The seller undertakes, as an agent of the user, to conclude a shipping contract with a leading carrier, taking into account the conditions practiced by the carrier itself.
3.2. The user may indicate that the purchase be shipped to an address other than the order holder's and/or billing address as long as it remains within the same country. The user must specify a shipping address where someone is always present to receive the package. If there is no one present at the indicated address for pickup, a different address must be provided from the residence where the required condition is met.
3.3 In case of visible damage to the package, the customer is required to check the supplied product in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery, and to accept the withdrawal "with reservation."
- DELIVERY TIMES 4.1 Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the material in stock, the need to order the required material, transport times, and customs clearance. The seller will normally process the order within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
4.2 The seller will make a single shipment of all ordered goods, once available. In the event that the Customer wishes partial fulfillment of the order, they are kindly requested to contact the seller via email at info@ilgraffiovenezia.com.
4.3 Estimated delivery times depend on the chosen carrier. The seller, once the shipment has been made, will automatically send an email with all the necessary information to track the order and verify the delivery status. The seller will not be responsible in any case for the non-delivery and/or delayed delivery of the package, if the retrieval methods described above are not respected, or if there are incorrect indications provided by the customer.
- PAYMENT METHODS 5.1 Payment for the price of the products and related shipping costs can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or through the PayPal service.
5.2 Payment information will never be used by the seller except to complete the purchase procedures and issue refunds in case of product returns, as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report fraud on www.ilgraffiovenezia.com or ilgraffiovenezia.it.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION 6.1 If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you can do so within 24 hours of your purchase and in any case before receiving the shipping confirmation. To cancel or modify your order, you must write to info@ilgraffiovenezia.com and specify the reference number and any other useful information (purchased product, order date, etc.) to uniquely identify the order in question. You will receive a cancellation/modification confirmation of your order and all information regarding the refund of any amount already paid.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 7.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Il Graffio Venezia within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods without any penalty or motivation. Returns are not allowed for personalized or tailor-made products for the buyer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a communication must be sent via email to info@ilgraffiovenezia.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, expressly declaring the intention to return what was ordered.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the user must, at their own expense, return the purchased goods to Il Graffio Venezia, sending it to the seller within 14 days from the receipt of the "Return Code". The shipment must be made to the address of Il Graffio Venezia.
In order to return the goods, the purchased products must arrive at the above addresses in normal conservation conditions. The products must be returned in the same condition as they were received, i.e., in perfect conservation condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging, any attached manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product.
The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact, and any decrease in the value of the goods will be charged to you, reimbursing only the residual value of the Product.
For products personalized/made to measure based on choices made by the buyer, under Article 59 letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.
