For shipments to Countries not listed in the table, please send an email to info@ilgraffiovenezia.com to verify the most suitable shipping method.

Once your order ships from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from the courier. Click on the link provided in the email to track the real-time location of your package.

Please note that for credit card and Paypal payments, your merchandise will ship the following day after receiving the order. In the case of bank transfer, processing and delivery times may be longer.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into il Graffio Venezia within 14 candar days from the delivery of the goods without any penalty/or justification. Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products for the buyer. The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a communication must be sent via email to info@ilgraffiovenezia.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, explicitly stating the intentiom to proceed with the return of the ordered items. The return is at the buyer's expense.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the user must, at their own expense, return the purchased goods to Il Graffio Venezia, sending them to the seller within 14 days from the receipt of the Retun Confirmation. The shipment must be made to il Graffio Venezia address.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased product must arrive at the above address in normal conservation conditions. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. in perfect conservation conditions, complete with all their components, unused, with the original packaging, any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.

The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that thay have been returned intact. Any decrease in the value of the goods will be charged to you, and you will be refounded only the residual value of the Product.

Returns are not accepter for personalized or custom-made products for the buyuer.

To proceed with the return of the product, an email must be sent to info@ilgraffiovenezia.com with "RETURN" stated in the subject line.

The merchandise must be packaged with the original box to prevent the goods from arriving damaged at their destination. Only if the original packaging is unusble, an equivalent box in terms of size and robustness may be used.

Return shipments made in ways other than those indicated above, which are the only authorized ones, will not be accepted. It is not possible to make returns due to withdrawal with expenses chatged to the recipient. The shipping costs for the returns are borne by the buyer.

Once the retun has reached its destination, Il Graffio Venezia will verify the legitimacy of the return, and upon verifying the correctness of the operations, will send the user a confirmation email.

THE AMOUNTS PAID WILL BE REFUNDED THROUGH THE PAYMENT SYSTEM USED FOR THE PURCHASE.
